Christopher in oz, I found the streets of Adelaide anything but boring. Your topography and climate are very similar to our Los Angeles. Ask our southern California members how they would like living in LA if the population was approximately one million, minus "diversity, illegals, and press 2 for English". Consider the total package, and that might help take the "sting" out of the price of your hubcaps. I would love to cruise into downtown Adelaide once again in a 300 convertible on a warm summer Saturday evening, and top it off with a "pie floater". Al Peirish [ paid considerably more for my chrome wires ] To All: I had the loose hubcap problem when I put disc brakes and radial tires on my Ford. My solution was to accurately mark the rim where the "claws" grip, and carefully add small bumps with a mig welder around the rim. Use a small hand grinder if you are not careful. My hubcaps do not squeak or creep, and grip tight. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
