[Chrysler300] 56 B VIN Check Please

Hello 300 Fans.  Any knowledge about black 56 300B  VIN 3N561716,  supposedly 
in Texas all its life ???   It has a "factory installed" ??  tach where the 
clock is on most 56s.  I've never heard of a tach on a  B except the racing 
cars, and then not a "factory  installed".                    This car is ebay 
item 4620115566 - have a look but please,  don't drive the  price up if you're 
not sincerely interested in owning it,  'cause I  am.   Any additional 
knowledge would be appreciated  !!
