A 57 would be 3NE57XXXX and about 100 greater than body. A 58 engine number I think was LC4, or LC3 (?),like car, but how was engine distinguished from car?? Did they do "NE" or a symbol or what? !960 Ghia limos had massive air conditioning pumps and electrical system was heavier using 100 amp alternators, first in industry. I'm not familiar with normal Imperial, but things were weird bettween Imperial and Chrysler at this time. L.
