I can't remember where I saw it, but I think I once saw the 55 booster with a more conventional master mounted on the front of it. -----Original Message----- From: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Johnl Sent: Monday, January 09, 2006 1:22 PM To: Chrysler 300 Club International Yahoo Server; Roger Schaaf Subject: Re: [Chrysler300] 55-56 Power Brake Booster? The booster shown on e-bay does appear to be a 1956. Also on some 1956 examples such as New Yorker there was a bellows type booster used with the same master cylinder. My guess is if this came from a '55 Imperial it was changed out sometime in it's earlier life. Chrysler used a completely different master cylinder and booster along with different pedal linkage on 1955 examples. The 1955 unit was manufactured by Kelsey Hayes.
