Hey all, getting ready for a rebuild on the 413 in my Ram K. One machine shop I was referred to wants to sonic test the block and then bore it out to 440 size standard bore. Anyone ever heard of this? Pro's Cons? Also, are these blocks prone to cracking near the freeze plugs? Should I shelve the original block and just build a 440 ?
