[Chrysler300] 1962 AC/Heater Switch

What does it mean when:
- The AC compressor all of a sudden won't shut off, in any dash button position? It will only shut off upon unplugging it under the hood.
- The only time the blower motor will blow is when in the Fresh or Max Air mode. When the Defrost or Heater buttons are depressed the fan will not go.

Is this time for the switch to be restored electrically? If so, who deals with them?

Thanks!
Happy New Year!
