[Chrysler300] New G convertible????

Hello and a Happy New Year.
 
 
New car out on ebay: Item# 4601049143. Pretty much untouched car.
Question I have about this: Why is there no metal on the pedals on this
car if it is so untouched???? I have seen a lot of G's without that
metal.. Why??
Didn't all G had that??? I have it on my car but maybe its wrong in
mine..
