This might be moot since Gary needs 15" wheels. If you use Ford wheels you must use Ford lugnuts. The difference is in the taper of the lugnut hole in the rim and the cone of the lugnut.  Mopar lugnuts seat too far in and do not provide proper seating when used in conjunction with Ford rims.   If you use that setup with Coker tires you are in real trouble!! :-)
