while i am sure im going to get yelled for this.... do not go with the stock cam. solid is great but dont use the duration and overlaps etc. call up isky ( where i get all mine from ) tell them what you have engine, car weight, rear end ratio ( apx ) what the car is used for, and you will get year 2000 technology. i put in a stock spec cam, down to the overlap, and while it runs strong, it could be so much more. they can set you up for any aspect you want from street, driveability, racing, whatever. just my 2 cents.
