Was there a club member's black B used as a prototype for the modeling engineers? It has the wire wheel option and looks spectacular. I think I missed out on a great deal from Ken Brody at Tahoe and Doug Mayer this summer to aquire a B. Now I fully understand the promotional value of promo model cars....just looking at this model makes one lust for a B. IT HAPPENED WITH MOPSY. I guess I better get the B in my model showcase closet quickly before the relapsing fever occurs! ROB KERN Hi Rob and All: According to a fairly recent listserver entry, the 300B used for the model was the one owned by Club member John Cote. For some reason Danbury decided to do the model in black and add the wire wheels. His was white and had the regular wheelcovers. He no longer is the owner, according to his email. The car is 3N56 1364. 300ly, Gil Cunningham [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
