Hello 300'ly to all!
    An excellent article featuring the 50th anniversary tribute to the Letter Cars is in the October, 2005 issue of Car Collector magazine. Pictured is the class winning letter car , 300 G convertible, owned by Dave Clelland!  Kudos to Dave and other club members for promoting the Brutes at this classic event.  The Thunderbird was also mentioned for 50th anniversary attributes.  Surprisingly there was no mention of the 55 Chevy V-8 anniversary. I find it interesting to read references by automotive journalists now to the 300 letter cars as just Chrysler Letter Cars.   ROB KERN
