Bill,
    I spoke with George Laurie at the Tahoe meeting 3 weeks ago about 
various lens projects.  He stated that there is at least a 4 month lag time 
for getting orders processed, he is a one person shop and stated that he had 
a pile of orders yet to fill and that if an order was received today for an 
in stock item that it would be 4 months before it could be expected to be 
received.  These one person shops are granting a great service to our hobby 
however thay demand that we master patience.  I can fully understand your
