I need some advice for our 1962 300 Sport (H-motor, with correct carburetors & linkage). I have rebuilt our 413 and it is bored out (I think .40 over), with an RV grind camshaft. The carburetors are also rebuilt. The distributor has been gone through and has the Pertronix electronic ignition inside it. I can't make it go as fast as it should! It bogg's when my foot is in it. I have adjusted the linkage according to the shop manual specifications. Could this be that the distributor now needs to be re-curved to the bored out engine with the slightly bigger cam? How do I check for this? Thanks! ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Get fast access to your favorite Yahoo! Groups.
