[Chrysler300] date code re 300H intake

Manifolds were cast so long as there was request for them at service parts counters.  If they ran out, they cast some more.  Finally, if there were no more orders over a pre-decided long period of time, the factory would decide to obsolete the part.  So, in '65, they were still receiving enough orders for that manifold to run another batch.

I have seen '57-58 392 dual quad intakes with date codes as late as 1964 as I recall.

Subject: date code re 300H intake

    I was looking at a dual-four barrel intake casting # 2264877-1 which 
according to my reference book is correct for either 1962 300H 413 
engine or is also for "B" body with 413 engine in 1962.
    What puzzles me is that the date code shown on that intake is: 7-9-5 
which would mean a 1965 production.  Can someone please clarify that for 
me please?
