[Chrysler300] "F" Carbs -- Need Parts Help

Pulled the carbs of my "F" to have them gone through. Napa tells my 
mechanic that the regular carburetor kit for the 2903S AFB is 
different than other AFB's, "a difference in the discharge area," 
whatever that means?

1. Can anyone confirm if this is true or false?
2. Is the NAPA part number for the rebuild kit, 2-5582, the correct 
kit for the "F"?

Help would be greatly appreciated.
