[Chrysler300] removing & restoring gold CHRYSLER decals

    We would like to restore the two side decals just ahead of the front 
wheel wells on my 62 chrysler but wonder what is best procedure to remove 
the gold "CHRYSLER" lettering off the black background that they are 
attached to. Can the gold lettering be replated in gold and if so, who would 
you recommend? Also, the CHRYSLER lettering seems to sort of crimped on that 
black background support so how does one remove and re-install that on 
there? What is the recommended procedure to refinish the black background?
