Re: [Chrysler300] Fw: past and future meets

Hi Ryan;
I'm the Meet Coordinator for the Club, so I will try to answer your
question.
We've never had a Meet in the Northwest. It is always a possabilty.

We have had 2 Meets in California. The first had dismal attendance,
The second, Hosted by Larry Jett, was great with 68 Members plus their
better halfs and 128 came to the Banquet. This was all due to Larry's great
promotion of his meet, not to mention a great overall program.

Larry, by the way, is hosting the Lake Tahoe Meet in 2005, I hope you can
make that one if the rest are too far away for you to attend.

The plan is to move the meets around the map so that any member can attend
at least one every several years. But with only 2 a year, there's a limit to
how many places we can get to. I also like to choose a location that's a
nice vacation spot, so the members can plan a vacation around the meet
dates, and see an area of the country they haven't been to yet.

I see that your post has prompted several listings of other clubs, chapter
meets, and events over the next few months. This is always a good thing to
bring to our members attention. We are spread out over the country, and many
can't afford the time or money to travel long distances to attend, so it's
always nice to find out about some event to spend a weekend on.

If any of you know of a local show or event that Chrysler 300's should show
up to dazzel the masses, please post the info.
