Hi Fellow Chrysler 300 Owners:My F runs cool as well since I had the radiator recorred several years ago. Haven't really driven my E for a year or so, but as I recall it runs cool as well. It gets hot up here in Canada as well, 95F yesterday, so I wouldn't worry about it. Certainly better than running hot!
Before I start, I love my 300E I recently purchased out of San Diego.
Anyway, I have two minor issues with the guages:
(1) The temperature guage never gets beyond about 1/4 - 1/3 the way towards Hot. I refuse to believe this beast can run that cool in South Florida; and
(2) As soon as I turn the ignition key the fuel guage needle jumps to full. The way this hog guzzles gas, I know something is wrong. By the way, what type fuel is recommended for this big girl?
Thanks all!
Tom Kosky South Miami, Florida
