Hub cap??????

Hello friends.....

I have just been to a fleamarket and found a hub-cap for 5$.
It's just like my G-hubcaps but with the small difference that
is stamped in the hub: DISC BRAKES. and don't have the
300 center of course.
Can anyone give me year and model???
