It basically consists of a nipple on one of the crossram tubes that has a hose connected to it that goes to a PCV valve mounted in a housing that goes on the valve cover in place of the road draft tube. I can take a picture of mine and send it to you if you'd like. Alternatively, you could look on page 127 of the 1961 service manual supplement (blue and yellow Chrysler/Imperial book) and it'll give you a drawing. It's a basic Positive Crankcase Ventilation system, and it works great. No more stinky stop signs. I've been thinking of installing it on my G. When I'm idling in traffic, the emissions from the road tube are noticeable. Summer is here and I want to do some crusin' in as clean a runnin' machine as possible. Besides, my 10 year old daughter loves to ride but doesn't like the smell. In all the shows I've been to over the years, I don't think I've seen one on a '61 300G. Is there much to it? Any drawbacks?
