For those seeking the trim ring, It is available through Emblemagic www.emblemagic.com . In my case I waited 6 months to get it. They require a deposit of $25 up front. I believe the total cost was $60. The quality appears good, but since I have never seen an original one, I can't say how exacting a reproduction it is.
