RE: [Chrysler300] motor mounts

Denny:

I am not sure exactly what your question is. I do not know what different year and models used the engine mount used on your 1962 Chrysler 300 "Sport". I think you are asking where to get a replacement mount for your 1962 383 engine. The 383 and 413 mounts should be the same.

There is a company that advertises a reproduction "Floating Power" engine mount for 1962 thru 1964 Chrysler "C" bodies that looks the same as the one on my 1962 Chrysler 300 "Sport". They also offer a repro transmission mount as well as shift and speedo cables.

I have not bought anything from them but saw their products at the Spring Fling here in Southern California a year or so ago and they looked quite nice.

Good Luck,

Subject: [Chrysler300] motor mounts

Hi group,
I have a 62 300 sport with the 383 engine and I would like to know what
different year and models used the same mount. I have access to a machine
shop where I can do modifications so I am open to suggestions.
Thanx for any replies.
