Don't know if Mitchell Motor Parts has changed, but years ago when I was restoring several vehicles, including one of my '61 300Gs, I bought some "NOS" parts from Mitchell. What I got was some obviously used parts and a '61 Chrysler fuel sending unit box with a '70s E-body sender in it. I called and was told that refunds and returns were handled during a 1-hour time frame. I called for many days only to get nothing but busy signals. When I called and talked to Mitchell to complain, I was rudely told that is the way it is. I still have the parts. And if Mitchell has the last part on earth that I needed, he can stick it where the sun don't shine.
