I recently tried Plastikote "universal gold" # 223 , also known 
in their same catalog as a Cadillac engine color. It's way to light in color 
compared to an original sample I had.

I ended up using a Western brand paint based on a color chip sample 
the auto paint store had. It's called Medium gold metallic # W593. Hard to 
describe but it's more of a tan/brown gold than a bright yellow gold. I'll 
be at the meet here in Phoenix next week and will compare it to other cars 
air cleaners colors.
