Radiator I.D. Appreciated!

Hi, Gang. I've just found a forgotten MOPAR radiator in my garage rafters....Of course, I've forgotten which car I took it out of years ago. Could someone please Identify what this radiator fits (Chrysler?, Dodge?, Imperial?), and the year of application? The number on the top tank is 2949041. On a separate line beneath this number is another number: 38086. THANKS in advance for the help. Best, John Koutre in Wisconsin
