When you must take your car to a shop where they remove and replace the lugs, take your own wrench with you. I stand by the car and hand them the wrench when it comes time to replace the lugs. (if they say I can't stay in the shop with my car, then I don't use that shop.) I also explain about left hand lugs. Otherwise, I can only hope I have a 10' pipe in the trunk to put on the end of the wrench and hop up and down on it if I need to change a tire. Being a shortie, I can probably get away with it better than you big guys. Being female helps too. They can patronize me all they want, as long as they do what I tell them. Gloria Moon
