Hi Richard, You will need a spring and spacers from an early distributor. The later ones are different. The advance rates are similar enough over the whole 60-61 line that anyone should work. The spacers are used to adjust where the vacuum advance begins. I may have some extra springs, contact me privately if you need one. I also have a distributor machine that I use to set them up. 300ly, Don ----- Original Message ----- From: Richard Osborne <richard@xxxx> To: <chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, June 25, 2002 9:18 PM Subject: [Chrysler300] G Distributor question > Good Evening, > > I just put a new vacuum advance on the distributor in my G and noticed > that the return spring for the advance is missing. > > I am wondering if these springs are interchangeable with later model > springs?
