Re: [Chrysler300] Gary Whitehead

Hi Dean,

I can't believe what I'm reading here. If you get a
series of legitimate complaints against a vendor who
advertises in your medium. I can't see any other
reasonable conclusion that that vendor forfeits the
right to advertise in that, or any other club
sponsored medium.

To me, the NDC is sticking there neck out big time. IF
I bought a '57 Adventurer from this guy and it turned
out to be a Firedome with Adventurer trim and IF I
found out his reputation after the fact and that the
NDC knew of his reputation, you better believe the NDC
would be named in a lawsuit right along with this guy.
In the meantime, until the trustees can work this
out, I would put a disclaimer in with his ad.

"This vendor has a poor reputation and there is a high
likelihood you will loose your money and your parts if
you transact any business with him."

Good Luck!
