Sounds like a beauty.  Mine is ID# 3N551198, likely built the same 
month.  Gil Cunningham provided data showing mine was built 3/12/55 and 
shipped on St. Paddy's day.  Platinum, stamped steel wheels, power seat, 
steering and brakes, T&C radio.  What color is yours?  My engine # is 
3NE551098 and I would be interested in your engine # to see if there is 
any pattern to the relationship to the  engine and chassis numbers.

Good luck on your sale.  I hope a Club member steps up to the plate and 
takes over the responsibility of owning and maintaining an icon. 

I'd like to make bookends out of yours and mine, but am way past 
available storage space already.

Just viewed a car show on TV that showed the 1953 Cunningham C-3, 
powered by a 331 hemi heated up to 260 HP with four two-barrel carbs.  
Supposedly the predecessor to the letter cars.
