[Chrysler300] exhaust manifold heat riser

Hello group,
Does anyone know of a part number for the heat riser assembly (or parts, or rebuild kit) for the heat riser as found on log manifolds on 1961 Chryslers?  Is it the same for 361, 383, 413 non-ram cars?
