A 9/12 sheet of 4 mill plastic sheeting (sold as a drop cloth) at Home
Depot or Lowes runs less than $5.00.

    I use clear polyethlyne {I think}You can get it at places like Tap 
Plastic, Arts and Crafts, Fabric stores. Only about .001/.002 thick. Cut

holes for handles, arm rest screws. I used contact cement to glue it to
the 
door. Hope this helps.
