Just did some checking in my 55-58 master manual and found the following

As I thought the Windsor, New Yorker and 300 all use the same wheel which
happens to interchange with 6 cylinder Chryslers a long way back.  It's 5.5
inch.  There for some reason is a California wheel no 1319670 which is a 50
vintage no and the rest of the country had 1635360.  California was either
behind the times or had old stock left over.

The wagon and the Imperial shared the 6.0 inch wheel (no. 1136619) with the
larger bolt pattern.  There was also the possibility of a 6.5 inch wheel
(no. 1533281) also it shows.  

BTW just to get a little bragging in Sherwood we missed you at the WPC
Convention where our 55 300 took the best 300 trophy home!  3 55's and a 65
were there.  Not a large group but interesting breakdown.

Omaha did a great job on the meet.

The C300 steel wheels are not the same as the 55 New Yorker. They are the 
same as the Station Wagon -- 15x6.5".
