hi, its me again. i just overpaid and got screwed on a new nos vacum advance for my ram K. here is my question, my factory, ( i think its factory ) has a nipple on the vacuum canister on the distributor and a rubber line running to the carb. the new one i got is teh unit, without a spring, or fitting, and apparently is a fitting i need to get, along with a spring to make this " factory " unit work. it is just a metal shell, and diaphram. no nipple, inner spring, nothing. so he wants to charge me obviousally its not his mistake if correct, for the spring and fiting. sorry, back to the question, does anybodys ram k have a rubber line running from carb to dist. or is it the wrong unit on the distributor that somebody changed years ago? do i make sence? please help, thanks, tim [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
