[Chrysler300] Shipping Car to Norway

 Hi,
I have had a serious inquiry on my 1967 300 convert. from a resident of Norway!!  I know we have several oversea's members - are any of you from Norway or - can tell me about what is required to get permission to ship a car??  Is there an import duty?  A sales tax?  My car is in Mass., and does not have a title, but is registered in Mass..  Should I do anything to prepare for a sale?

This may come to nothing, but the man is surely interested, and plans to pursue this on his own also,  Any help will be welcome.
