[Chrysler300] oil filter adpater for 392

Hi,
Does someone has installed an oil filter adpater like this:

on a 392 hemi ?
Reliable ? Easy to install ? etc..

Ther's also a vertical adapter but seems to need more clearance and i'm 
not sure to have it ..
