Re: [Chrysler300] FW: Tie Rods, Anyone?

Okay, maybe I'll try to make an extra special effort this weekend to find
it. How hard can it be to find? You should see this nightmare!

Charlie, I have not mounted my passenger side O/S mirror yet. If you find
the template, please let me know. Doug Warrener, 300H

Hi Matt,

Right Inner 2279990 (40)
Left Inner 2279991 (20)
Tube or Sleeve 1634619 (45)
I did a part number search. If these are the correct part numbers,
Collectors Auto Supply claims to have them. The quantities are in
parenthesis.

Collectors Auto Supply
BOX 2076
OROVILLE
WA

888-772-7848
250-767-1974
jim@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The search also found that Mitchell's Motor Parts has 2 of each and
Deception Pass Motor Parts has 1 of each. Call Collectors and see if they
really do have them. Good luck.

PS: I still did not locate the template for mounting the mirror on the
fender. I am sure you have it mounted by now.

Happy 300'ing

Charlie Valentine

I hate to ask, as it's for our '62 NY Wagon and not our '62 300...but does
anyone have a thought on where I can obtain the inner tie rod ends and
sleeves? (Aside from Rare Parts)?

Andy Berbaum doesn't have them...

Thanks!

Matt Allyn
