[Chrysler300] Sound Deadening Material

Hi Everyone Out There in Chryslerland!

Curious as to what type of material one can place both inside the car (under 
the carpet) and in the trunk (again under the carpet) to act as added sound 
deadening material for road noise or do you not recommend using anything?
