But isn't it frustrating to go to those places and rarely, if ever, find anything useful? Well, this fall, at the Dayton meet, we are going to try and do something about that problem. In our parking lot sessions (which are often the best part of the meet anyway) we are going to add to the fun, with a 300 - specific swap meet. Over the years, most of us have gathered an esoteric collection of parts, some of which may no longer fit into our specific needs. So, before heading to Dayton this fall, root thru your garage storage area, and bring those no longer needed parts to the meet. You can make some money, and perhaps help some other Club member fill a critical need. The more of us that bring part to sell or swap, the more fun for everybody! See you in Dayton! I know I have found very few useful things at swapmeets for my 300K. Could anyone please fill me in on the Dayton meet? Dates, etc.? Thanks so much. I hope to have my car on the road in a few weeks, and would love nothing better than to take it to Dayton (Ohio)? I have 4 of the 6 positions functional and with the 2 positions that are not functional; you can hear the motor spin, though the seat will not move up or down. An upholstery shop had hooked up the power wire to 1 of the 3 solenoids instead of the motor...oooppps! I'll appreciate any insight offered here and welcome any help offered too!
