{Chrysler 300} Iola '26

It's Show Week!
There’s another great car event in addition to Carlisle this week.

The 54th Annual Iola (Wisconsin) Car Show and Swap Meet runs this week - Thursday thru Saturday. I’ll be cruising up there in my F. Expect about 2,300 show cars – all 1995 or older – and 4,000 swap spaces.

Though not exclusively Mopar, unlike Chryslers at Carlisle, special Iola features will include -
  1. G&B Motors showroom, housing Bob Brown’s and George Collar’s ’57-’61 Letter Car convertibles, ’57-’59 DeSoto convertibles - Adventurer, Firesweep & Firedome, and 1 or 2 other convertibles, accompanied by lots of period display items. If you’re not familiar, Bob is our Club’s 300-E consultant.
  2. The Stahl Museum’s 1963 Turbine Car will be parked in the G&B showroom, and will periodically be cruising around Iola’s showgrounds. If you joined us at our Fall '21 Auburn Hills Meet, hosted by John Begian, you likely joined us in our visit to the Stahl Motors and Music Experience Museum where this Turbine Car was displayed. It wasn't running that day because its multiple batteries weren’t charged.
The Fin-Land parking area of finned Mopars, GM and Ford cars is next to G&B, located just inside Gate 5. Stop by and check it out. My F will be parked there along with other Forward Looks.
