| Hi all you experts. I have sort of written and/or inquired about this in the past. But today I had a little bit more of an unusual experience. My 300G only gets about 2000 mi a year, and it has been fully rebuilt and restored but 20 years ago. Increasingly pulling out of the garage and driving away it seems to get stuck in second gear and will not shift. I have never had it as bad as it was today. When I turned around and drove down a big hill instead of up a big hill everything seemed to be fine. And it's driving and shifting beautifully now. But it is a little disturbing when it does sit for a week or two or three, and then I take off and it won't shift out a second gear.
