
| Hi Jack, I’m definitely no expert, but since it sounds like your braking system is toast anyway, I would first double check to make sure it’s that rear wheel and not the parking brake. Then I would adjust the shoe actuator all the way in, smack the outside drum with a hammer while you have someone rocking the car. May also help to disconnect the brake line at the affected wheel Jay
