{Chrysler 300} what is this

I have this door.

    Any idea what it is from? I'm guessing the 1956 era, maybe DeSoto.

Is this picture right side up? I'd think it is with the hinge at the bottom, but

if so, isn't the dual delta symbol pointing the wrong way?
