David - Glass for 1960 is totally different from 1959. I hope you didn't buy a 60 back glass thinking that it would fit a '59. The parts book is your friend here.

FYI 
I figured it out! It is the wrong glass. Some 1960 Chrysler and Desoto back glass is in fact 33.5 inches tall after a 34” block mold. 
I was driving myself crazy trying to fit the 34 in the 32 hole🤦🏻‍♂️.
