They are the same.  There is a few options. Clear,  solex and solex with a sun shade mirrored finish across the top 6 inches or so.

Hollander's Interchange says there were two different back glass on the

57-59 2 door.

Glass 280 is 24 x 72, B463. Used on 57-59 DeSoto Firedome & Firesweep,
and Chrysler.

Glass 281 is 32 x 74, B462. Used on 57-59 DeSoto Firedome & Firesweep,
and Chrysler.

I think the 280 and 281 are Hollander numbers and don't mean anything
outside of their book.
