   You may want to try Santa Rosa Transmission.  Several of my friends had good experience with them albeit rebuilding old Cadillac hydro.

We have an amazing one here in Albuquerque that is quick, uses the right quality parts, but that would require shipping it here. I used a shipper before for a transmission thats pretty cheap and very dependable if interested.
