you need a kit to replace as rivets have to go to get the spring out . see forward look parts site  .shoulder bolts replace rivets in kit , new spring too . 57 -59 

I think Vans handles were 60 up , last I got into that , same handles are on ebay too 

Nothing for 57-59 why kit
