Off topic. Sorry Bob but I cant resist. We saw it in Oakland, CA around the same time. It had stopped for the night. We went just out of curiosity but were gobsmacked by the size and mass and the steel. While we were there, they began to prep it for travel. We learned the route it would take, jumped in the car and picked a desolate spot to watch it move. We stood right next to the track, watched and felt it roll by at probably 40 mph. The ground shook and so did we. John’s screenshot said coast-to-coast tour. I will not miss it if it come within 100 miles of Oakland. Awesome experience.

We saw the Big Boy in July of 2019 in Adams, WI on the way to the Minnesota meet.  Pretty special.
