{Chrysler 300} Full Jeweled - Russ Hamilton

Does anyone have a copy of the Russ Hamilton book, Full Jeweled? I have been looking for a copy, but can't seem to find one online or contact information for Russ. I would like to take a deeper dive into the racing history of the B and learn a little more about Carl Kiekhaefer.

I have read the book "Iron Fist" about Kiekhaefer, but it doesn't go into a lot of detail about how the cars were prepped, etc.
