Hi Zach,
Congratulations and thanks for getting another 300 back on the road. My Mom’s favorite 300 in my barn was always the black 300B. They are so elegant and of course fast. My Mom was always a lead foot! My daughter wanted to rebuild a motor
and we did a 413 together so now that car hopefully will never be sold off. Great to see multiple generations preserving these cars and passing along the love.

Fantastic story, these generational ones are the best. A friend in Montana had her Dad's pride and joy '72 Corvette restored and took it through NCRS judging all the way to the national last month and won the
highest award. She has pictures of her standing next to it when she was about 6, and accepting the blue ribbon now, the story continues.
Zach-
I'm happy for you, I'm sure we all are! Somehow these letter cars just want to run and seem to do what they can to rise to the occasion. Enjoy it!

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Exciting Day
I have always been told that if I have a good story to tell it.
Yesterday was the first time that I was able to drive my 300B(more than 10').
I inherited it from my grandfather 2 years ago. It had sat for multiple years as there were some brake issues that my grandfather was never able to figure out and also life
got in the way. I was lucky enough that my father in law allowed me to store it in his garage as at the time I did not have one that could fit the car. It also needed some work before it was road worthy.
Early this year my Wife and I purchased a house with a (3) car garage. I wanted to get the car over earlier this year but things got busy and I never got to it. Until yesterday.
I did not plan on moving it yesterday, just seeing if all the work I did over the last (2) years was ready. The goal was to move it today. Then I got carried away with cleaning
and didn't have a towel to dry the car off. My Wife suggested that I use wind power to dry the car. The garage wasn't 100% cleaned out so I was hesitant as it was at the end of the day and I was not intending to drive it. But I was talked into it and I could
not have been happier with the result. A few things still need addressing but the car ran just as I remember it did almost a decade ago. I got a few waves and a lot of curious looks. I think a lot of people were not sure what it was.
The other fun thing is that my grandfather is originally from Ohio and there you can run vintage plates if they match the year of the car. So I am able to use his 1956 Ohio
plates on the car. Which I feel he would have been excited about.
Thank you to all the individuals on here who answered all of the questions that I had (I know I will have more). This club is a great resource for knowledge on these letter
cars.
