{Chrysler 300} roken Seat Control

Good Evening,

My seat control lever on my 1970 Chrysler broke off.  I appears that it has to pivot so I didn't try to glue it back on.  Does anyone know of a place for repair?  Or perhaps someone has one they would part with?
